Tomi Rose is the Founder and Senior Director of Aston Rose, the first national sports and entertainment luxury real estate firm with approximately half a billion dollars in closed transactions and 20 affiliated real estate agents. As an industry trailblazer, entrepreneur, developer, and Real Estate Agent serving South Florida’s luxury real estate market, Tomi is the niche industry’s leading figure and strategic innovator. Tomi garnered global recognition for her role in NBC’s Hot Listings Miami, which was followed by her iconic client's high-profile listing and selling of 3590 Crystal View Court, a single-family home in North Coconut Grove famously known as the “King’s Palace.” Tomi is credited for the highest-priced home sale on South Beach, at 70 Palm Island, making history as the fifth-largest sale in Miami-Dade County.
Through a previous firm, in 2010, Tomi joined W South Beach's in-house residential sales team and was responsible for closing over $125 million in sales. In 2012, Tomi had more than $25 million in individual sales that ultimately distinguished her as one of the top-producing agents at her previous firm. In 2013, Tomi developed the concept of establishing sports and entertainment divisions within real estate brokerage firms, a vision she spearheaded as senior vice president while at Opulence International Realty. In her first fiscal year at Opulence, and through her book of business, Tomi's portfolio had over $50 million in properties listed. Her concept of establishing sports and entertainment divisions within real estate brokerage firms grew in popularity and was emulated by powerhouse brokerages ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in June 2014 and Douglas Elliman in June 2015.
Tomi’s unprecedented drive yielded a rapid rise and award-winning success during her tenure at Douglas Elliman. Within the first six months of joining the brokerage, Tomi closed over $10 million in sales and ended the year with over $30 million in closed transactions. Tomi was the firm’s first senior director of the Luxury Sales, Sports, and Entertainment Division. In 2018, she ranked fifth in two offices (Coconut Grove and Brickell) for closed sales volume, which earned her a ranking spot in Douglas Elliman's top 1% of agents. She was the only new agent from Douglas Elliman’s 150 Florida offices to be recognized and awarded for generating revenue volume. As a leader, Tomi formed the Tomi Rose Team, a team of knowledgeable professionals specializing in residential, and commercial, developments, and investments. Within one fiscal year, in 2019, the Tomi Rose Team ranked in the top 8% out of 7,000 agents nationwide and also was awarded for ranking in the top 5%: placing the team in the top 200 out of 7,000 agents nationally.
Tomi has won numerous awards, including Billboard Music Top 15 Real Estate Agents in 2015, International Career and Business Alliance (ICABA) South Florida Rising Star Corporate Executive in 2013, South Florida’s Most Powerful Black Professionals in Business and Industry in 2014, Trailblazer of the Year by the Miami Herald’s Legacy Magazine in 2014, and the Leader Award in 2015.
